We're a clinician-led pediatric clinic in Chandler, AZ, serving children ages 2-6 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs. Inspired by Kylees legacy, we offer speech therapy in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment (ABA, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Respite, Habilitation) and we're growing!

What You'll Do:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication needs.
- Deliver 1:1 and group speech therapy in a warm, child-friendly clinic setting, focusing on articulation, language development, and social communication.
- Supervise Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and provide guidance on therapy implementation.
- Use evidence-based interventions, including play-based and augmentative communication strategies, to engage young learners.
- Track progress, maintain accurate session notes, and submit timely documentation.
- Collaborate with families, offering training and strategies to support communication goals at home.
- Work closely with our multi-disciplinary team (ABA, OT, PT) to provide holistic, family-centered care.

What You Bring:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current SLP license from the Arizona Department of Health Services and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in speech therapy, preferably with pediatric and autism populations.
- Experience supervising SLPAs is a plus.
- A warm, engaging personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered, family-focused care.
- Proficiency with data collection tools and electronic documentation.
- A desire to learn, grow, and make a real impact.
