Job Overview:

As a QA Engineer at Thesalonhype, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. You will work closely with our development and product teams to design and execute tests, identify and report bugs, and provide valuable feedback to improve our products. We are looking for someone who is passionate about quality assurance and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test cases and test plans to ensure the quality of our products and services

- Identify, report, and track bugs and issues found during testing

- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues

- Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been resolved

- Continuously improve and streamline our QA processes and procedures

- Provide feedback to the development team to improve the overall quality of our products

- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into our QA processes

- Participate in team meetings and provide status updates on testing progress

- Communicate any potential risks or issues to the project team in a timely manner

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality user experience

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance

- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

- Experience with manual testing and test automation

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Attention to detail and ability to identify and report issues accurately

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Passion for quality assurance and continuous improvement
