Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the owner of Thesalonhype. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with regular business hours, but some flexibility may be required.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the owner's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

- Screen and prioritize phone calls and emails, responding on behalf of the owner when necessary

- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations

- Coordinate and manage special projects and events

- Act as a liaison between the owner and staff, clients, and vendors

- Assist with personal tasks such as errands, appointments, and household management

- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and ordering supplies

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

- 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

- Experience in the beauty or luxury industry is a plus

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
