The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights

- Develop and maintain databases, data models, and reporting systems

- Use data visualization tools to create meaningful and informative reports and dashboards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize processes and procedures

- Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or marketing setting

- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus
