Position Overview:

As a Data Analyst at Thesalonhype, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations to support our business objectives. You will work closely with various teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to identify trends and patterns in our data and translate them into actionable strategies. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including customer feedback, sales reports, and website traffic.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders.

- Identify trends and patterns in data to inform business decisions and strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize business processes and improve customer experience.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Knowledge of statistical methods and data mining techniques.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
