£30K - £50K base salary + unrivalled bonus structure

What theyre looking for:

• Ideally 23 years experience in commercial broking

• Also open to ambitious individuals from other sales or client-facing roles

• A confident, commercially minded communicator

• Someone target-driven who thrives in a growth-focused environment

Whats on offer:

• £3050K base salary

• 10% commission on new business and renewals

• Pay review after 6 months

• 28 days holiday
