Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and resourceful Social & Moderation Coordinator to support both social media moderation for campaigns and executional marketing and social media operations.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the brand shows up consistently, professionally, and creatively across owned channels, platform partnerships, case studies, and sales materials.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited for someone who takes initiative, thrives in detail-oriented environments, and enjoys turning great campaigns into strong marketing output.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the social content calendar across owned channels
- Draft, format, and publish posts aligned with campaign launches, awards, company updates, and industry moments
- Coordinate visual assets with the creative team or design directly in Canva or Adobe where appropriate
- Monitor engagement and surface insights and performance trends
- Ensure consistency in tone, formatting, and brand standards across all social output
- Review and moderate social media posts and comments across multiple platforms using clearly defined client moderation guidelines and communication scripts
- Apply moderation decisions consistently, accurately, and within required turnaround times
- Track moderation activity, trends, and outcomes to support reporting and quality assurance
- Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding moderation questions, updates, or edge cases
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to client, platform, and brand safety policies
- Format and maintain marketing materials including case studies, one-pagers, sales decks, and internal resources
- Maintain organized asset libraries including marketing assets, logos, award badges, and performance stats
- Support award entry formatting and submission logistics
Assist with campaign setup, recap posts, and visual summaries after campaign launcheS - Track deadlines across moderation, social posts, awards, launches, and tentpoles
- Maintain documentation, workflows, and process improvements across both moderation and marketing functions
- Maintain marketing project timelines
- Support marketing and production teams as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent English language and communication skills written and verbal
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful self-starter
- Strong ability to interpret and apply written guidelines and scripts precisely
- Comfortable managing multiple workflows, deadlines, and platforms simultaneously
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content environments
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Experience in social media moderation, trust and safety, community management, or content review is a plus
- Experience supporting marketing or social media teams in an executional role is preferred
- Familiarity with brand safety, online community standards, or platform policies is an advantage
- Comfort working with tools like Canva, Adobe, scheduling platforms, or moderation dashboards
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing guidelines, campaigns, and priorities
