Server / Waitstaff - Jacksonville, FL

Pay: $17 - $25 per hour, paid weekly. Schedule: Flexible. Pick up shifts at hotels, restaurants, banquets, private events, and venues. Employment type: W-2 part-time. Location: Jacksonville, FL and surrounding venues.

About the role

The Wilkinson Firm (TWF) staffs premium hospitality service across Northeast Florida. We need professional Servers and Waitstaff who can carry plated dinner service, manage a section, and represent our Gold Shield certification standards.

What you do on a shift

• Greet and seat guests if assigned
• Take and deliver orders, manage your section
• Serve plated meals, buffet, or family-style as required
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and captain
• Handle payments if applicable
• Reset and break down service at end of shift

What we need from you

• At least 6 months of restaurant, banquet, or hospitality service experience
• Black-and-white uniform compliant attire (we will detail this on hire)
• Reliable transportation to venues
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for 6-8 hours
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• E-Verify, I-9, background check eligible
