What You’ll Do
You’ll operate as a Client Development Lead and Full-Desk Recruiter focused on:
- Winning New Clients: Identify, target, and close behavioral health providers in your territory, including clinics, therapy practices, nonprofits, and more.
- Placing Top Talent: Source, screen, credential, and close candidates in licensed clinical, administrative, and support roles.
- Owning the Full Lifecycle: From outreach and intake to interviews, offers, and follow-ups, you’ll be the face of The Wilkinson Firm.
- Proven Systems: You’ll be trained on our CRM, our ATS, and more importantly our outreach cadences, client proposal docs, and intake templates, all of which are designed to move fast and close deals.
- Building Now, and Building Long-Term: You'll be joining a start-up and helping to build something special; over the long-term you'll earn commission for the length of the client relationship. Every placement, every monthly service contract, every time.
Compensation & Incentives
This role is commission-first, with real ownership and uncapped upside.
- Earn 10–15% of net revenue on all closed clients and placements
- Residual commission for the life of the client relationship
- Monthly draw eligibility after 2 closed clients
- Performance Bonuses triggered at 4+ active clients
- Six-Figure Track: Maintaining performance expectations gets you $100k annually; and we’re looking for driven individuals who don’t want to simply meet expectations
Who You Are
- Located in or around the Columbia, SC area
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, healthcare sales, or B2B consulting
- Thrive on ownership, speed, and upside
- A natural closer who’s comfortable with both client sales and candidate outreach
- Entrepreneurial mindset: You want autonomy and earnings tied to your own results
- Passionate about the mental and behavioral health space and want to make a real difference while building a meaningful book of business
