Area Manager

An Area Manager is responsible for the overall success of the stores by setting targets, supervising store managers, and ensuring they are attained.

Job Description:

• Recruit, select, train, develop, and motivate the highest level of store manager and store staff to archive store target.
• Make sure that all company standards to be maintained in all store.
• Be fully conversant with profit and loss statements and methods of achieving maximum profitability.
• Sale and gross profit dollars should be maximized through the careful analysis of sale trends, diligent attention to store conditions.
• Support subordinates and franchisees in their efforts to achieve target.
• Development of subordinates is crucial to the success of the company and will be given great weight in any assessment of the Area Managers performance.
• Participate in the ongoing process of the creating value on making the trademark the number 1 Retail Operation in Cambodia.
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock in the in-charge area.
• Control out of stock and slow-moving items in the in-charge area.
• Other tasks as assigned by Operations Manager.

Job Requirements:

- Experienced in retail business in supervisory role with minimum 2 years.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Excellence in retail customer service.
- Ability to work flexible in schedule including days and nights.
