Maintenance Supervisor & Officer / ប្រធាន ផ្នែកថែទាំ និងជួសជួល (Circle K)

Responsibilities and Duties

- Inspect facilities to determine problems and necessary maintenance
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
- Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians
- Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
- Inspect and maintain building systems
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
- Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)

Maintenance Officer will inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the Convenience Stores Project is maintained to the same high standard/Guidelines.
- Prepare document the daily records and reports of the duties performed
- Coordinate with upper management any and all operating problems and solutions
- Supervise sewer, drainage, sidewalk, curbs, and gutter maintenance operations including planning, scheduling, materials projections to maintain a safe and healthy environment។
- Ensure high quality of finishing for every job
- Handle supplies and refill of any used products, have a general knowledge of unit repairs
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests immediately.
- Other task assigned by Manager.

Qualification:
- Proven maintenance experience.
- Related degree from a technical college
- Eye for detail

Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.)
- Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
- Understanding of budgeting and performance management
- Excellent planning and leadership abilities
- An eye for detail
