Job Description:
- Checking manpower request document and facilitate in getting approval on manpower request from all departments and business divisions.
- Facilitate in getting job advertisement design and ensure approved job advertisement are actively posted in all required social media channels with high effectiveness.
- Response to all the applicants inquiry via phone or social media channels
- Maintain a CV tracking database and applicant pool are updated with correct information.
- Ensure all required documents such as employment contracts, job offer letter, applicants documents, recruitment report for recruitment are proceed according to the recruitment and selection policy and procedure and maintained properly.
- Provide feedback to all applicants regarding to shortlisting result and interviewing result.
- Provide all administrative supports of the employer branding including maintaining and updating the Company's websites, the Company's social pages, walk-in interview, and other recruitment activities.
- Coordinate in pre-on-boarding process, during, and after on-boarding process with the new employees and work with Head of Departments in defining a mentor and to ensure smooth process.
- Other related tasks assigned by Line Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Education, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Senior HR Officer or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Detail oriented personality.
- Attention to detail about Application Tracking Database
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
