Job Description:
- Oversees staffs and cashiers, and other employees
- Keeps records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
- Evaluates the supply and availability of stocks
- Implements measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
- Monitors shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
- Investigates market trends and offers products that would appeal to customers.
- Addresses customers' requests, comments, and complaints.
- Motivates employees to achieve targets.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- experience in a supervisory capacity at a retail store, or similar.
- knowledge of product and consumer trends.
