Job Description:

• Design strategy and set goals for growth of assigned business.
• Must have retail operation background preferably in super market, retail product or other similar industry.
• Ensuring company's marketing plans and procedures are executed at store level consistently.
• Has the passion in growing the business through extensive sales planning and sourcing for potential franchisees as part of store expansion strategy.
• Has the ability to lead the team to ensure sales target are met.
• Reports directly to the Executive Director
• Good command of English
