Overview
Our client, a leading media organisation, is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Sales Presentation & Pitch Specialist to join their high-performing sales team. This is a strategic role focused on crafting visually engaging and insight-led sales materials that drive revenue and elevate brand positioning. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping how the business communicates its value to clients, working closely with senior stakeholders across sales and strategy.
️ Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial leads to build and refine client-facing pitch decks and internal sales collateral.
- Advise on presentation structure, storytelling flow, and visual layout to maximise impact.
- Contribute to ideation sessions, helping to define how services and solutions are positioned to prospective clients.
- Integrate market intelligence, audience insights, and performance data into proposals to enhance strategic relevance.
- Monitor industry developments and proactively suggest new pitch concepts and sales narratives.
- Support award submissions with compelling visuals and persuasive storytelling.
- Manage content across LinkedIn and other social platforms to amplify the sales teams visibility and engagement.
- Oversee multiple presentation projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with senior sales leaders to analyse pitch performance and track success metrics.
Ideal Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a sales support, media agency, or commercial design role.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with a strong eye for design; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus.
- Proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives.
- Background in sales, pitching, or commercial strategy environments.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling capabilities.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills.

Salary from €50,000 - €55,000 DOE + Bonus
