Studio Manager | Graphic Designer | 12 Month Contract | Leading Agency

About 

Join a dynamic Creative & Design Team in this dual role combining studio management and graphic design. You'll oversee creative workflow while designing visual materials for diverse experiential marketing projects across Europe and the US.

The Role 

This position requires flexibility to switch between operational management and hands-on design work daily. You'll manage creative team resources, assign briefs to internal and external talent, while creating engaging visual designs for events, branding, and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day resourcing and operational workflow of Creative Departments
• Oversee project timelines and deadline management across all projects
• System management including workflow system 
• Collaborate with Creative Director, event producers, and designers on project scope
• Monitor resource availability and adjust assignments to meet project demands
• Freelance management: recruitment, relationship building, cost management, and documentation

Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

• Create visually impactful designs for pitch decks, branding, print collateral, digital assets
• Develop event branding ensuring consistent application across all elements
• Contribute innovative design ideas during brainstorming and planning sessions
• Create digital assets for promotions, email campaigns, social media, and web content
• Collaborate with stakeholders on design needs and creative solutions
• Prepare print-ready files and liaise with production vendors

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience as studio manager or similar operations-focused role
• Proven graphic design experience with event-related portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Slides
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and passion for design
• Ability to balance operational efficiency with problem-solving
• Thrive in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs

Salary €45K-€55K DOE
