Our client is a growing award winning agency who are seeking a strategic leadership PR Account Director to oversee a diverse client portfolio across multiple markets. Responsible for integrated communications strategy, client growth, business development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Build deep industry knowledge by tracking market shifts, emerging risks, and strategic opportunities
  
• Design and implement evidence-based communication programmes that support organizational goals
  
• Drive new business generation through professional networks, sector engagement, and pipeline development
  
• Provide strategic counsel and oversight across a portfolio of accounts
  
• Develop compelling proposals and deliver presentations alongside senior leadership
  
• Create high-impact content including executive positioning, published articles, and media engagement
  
• Deliver insights-driven performance analysis with forward-looking strategic guidance
  
• Manage comprehensive stakeholder engagement and relationship-building initiatives
  
• Uncover and advance revenue growth prospects within current partnerships
  
• Serve as organisational ambassador at industry forums, conferences, and strategic events
  
• Direct campaign architecture, narrative development, and messaging consistency across programmes
