About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Producer to join a leading creative live events team. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to build their career in the experiential and live events industry.
The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Producers, Project Managers, and Production Leads to help plan and execute a range of live brand experiences. These include pop-ups, immersive activations, panel discussions, festivals, and more delivered both in Ireland and internationally.
Key Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end delivery of live events and brand experiences

Manage production timelines, budgets, schedules, supplier contracts, and risk assessments

Coordinate logistics including travel, accommodation, transport, kit hire, and build schedules

Liaise with venues, talent, crew, and third-party suppliers

Assist in creative briefings and ensure production aligns with project objectives

Oversee on-site setup and delivery with the wider team

Support wrap-up processes including reconciliations, debriefs, and reporting

Build and maintain strong supplier and contractor relationships

Ensure all project work meets quality standards, legal compliance, and health & safety regulations

Contribute to the agencys sustainability and environmental best practices
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and able to handle multiple responsibilities across varied projects. They will be eager to contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative environment, with a strong work ethic and a passion for live experiences.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in live events, experiential marketing, or brand activations
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and production documentation

Strong knowledge of the Irish events landscape and supplier network

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve effectively

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Willingness to travel and work outside standard hours when needed

Full, clean driving licence (essential)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Salary €40,000 - €50,000 DOE
