Our client a fast-growing, award-winning digital marketing agency is looking for an experienced Paid Social AD to lead a team of paid social specialists. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, results-driven environment and is passionate about digital growth and delivering exceptional client experiences

About the Role

You will play a critical role in driving performance across a portfolio of strategic accounts while mentoring a growing team. This position requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, capable of developing innovative paid media strategies and ensuring operational excellence across all paid social channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and support Paid Social team members
• Maintain and improve the quality of paid digital campaign output

• Lead quality control efforts to ensure best practices and performance standards are met
• Collaborate with internal departments to create holistic strategies aligned with client KPIs
• Streamline operations through improved processes, technology, and automation and identify new tools and tech
• Ensure effective budget management across all accounts and clients
• Track and enhance team productivity and delivery consistency

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media (search and social)
• 2+ years of team management experience
• Commercially minded with experience managing revenue targets
• Meta ads certified
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Passion for digital marketing and staying ahead

Location

• Full-time, permanent role
• Hybrid but flexibility available

Salary

Competitive Salary from 65K DOE
