About the job Operations and Resource Manager
Overview
Our client, a leading events and experience agency is seeking a highly organised individual to support the Head of Operations on the running of teams, allocating resource and aligning departments and projects for their agency.
The role will require team management, project management, planning and pricing and working closely with all teams across the business. Resource planning experience will be essential and the candidate must have the relevant creative process experience.
The Role
Some of the tasks include but are not limited to the following:
Managing and tracking performance and capacity for all teams
Daily check ins to line management for day to day tasks
Actively identify and highlight potential challenges and suggest required solutions
Manage 3rd party teams for event production and planning. Build relationships and negotiate and manage budgets for this resource arm of the business.
Contract management and NDA Management for the departments along with database management
Experience Required
3+ years of experience in creative project management, operations, or a related role within a creative agency.
Strong analytical skills with an understanding of creative processes
Project Management Skills
Strong Communication and organisational skills
Media/Creative Agency Experience
Salary 40,000 DOE
