We are looking for a Senior Account Director on behalf of a top-tier brand and design consultancy. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role focused on managing key accounts, mentoring teams, and driving strategic growth. The ideal candidate brings agency-side experience, a strong commercial mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term success
• Mentor and guide the client services team to deliver best-in-class service
• Drive organic account growth through strategic insight and relationship development
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and business teams to align work with client goals
• Enhance agency performance through process and operational improvements

• Manage account forecasting, profitability, and resource planning

• Represent the agency in senior client and internal stakeholder interactions

Requirements

• 8+ years of agency experience in branding, design, or strategy

• Proven leadership of high-performing account teams

• Strong strategic and commercial acumen

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Salary from €70,000 DOE
