About the job Head of Brand Experience


We're looking for a Head of Brand Experience to lead our clients brand experience division and drive serious revenue growth. You'll own a 5M+ client portfolio, develop new business, and create award-winning experiences that people actually remember.

This isn't just a creative role, you'll have full commercial accountability, including forecasting, budgeting, and hitting revenue targets. You'll also build and maintain the kind of client relationships that keep businesses growing.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Own and deliver annual revenue targets for the brand experience team
  • Develop quarterly growth strategies and present to senior leadership
  • Hunt for new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
  • Lead annual budgeting and monthly performance reviews with executive team

Client Leadership

  • Manage high-value client relationships and exceed their expectations
  • Stay ahead of client needs by researching and presenting proactive solutions
  • Oversee all brand experience client accounts
  • Represent the agency at industry events and networking functions

Team Management & Quality Control

  • Line manage department directors and leads
  • Set quality standards for all work output, from pitches to live events
  • Develop creative briefs for other departments
  • Final approval on large-scale event budgets

Creative & Strategic Direction

  • Partner with Creative, Studio, and Post Production teams
  • Ensure all work stays on brand, on strategy, on time, and on budget
  • Drive innovation in experiential marketing
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Irish events market and supplier network

What We're Looking For

Experience Requirements:

  • 12+ years in senior agency, client services, or brand experience roles
  • Proven track record managing 5M+ account portfolios
  • Experience delivering standout creative work (minimum 350K budget projects)
  • Strong background in Experience Design, Brand Strategy, Event Creation, and Audience Planning

Commercial Skills:

  • High commercial acumen with pipeline and margin management experience
  • Ability to develop complex event budgets and maintain profitability
  • Track record of business development and revenue growth

Leadership & Presentation:

  • Confident, experienced presenter who's spoken at public industry events
  • Strong leadership skills with experience developing and performance managing teams
  • Excellent references from previous roles

Industry Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of production processes and third-party requirements
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and innovative event solutions
  • Understanding of the Irish events market, suppliers, and vendors

Must have: Full driving license, preferably own car.
