About the role
On behalf of one of our highly successful Experiential/Shopper Marketing Agency clients, we are seeking a creative, driven Senior Account Executive ready for the next step. You'll be the day-to-day client contact, delivering integrated below the line campaigns across advertising, events/experiential, and shopper marketing from brief to execution with detailed project management and excellent client service.
What you will do
- Client partnership
- Act as a trusted point of contact; understand objectives, timelines, and success metrics
- Prepare status reports, presentations, cost estimates; keep stakeholders aligned
- Campaign delivery (BTL, events, shopper)
- Support AM/AD to plan and deliver live events, in-store activations and shopper programmes
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources and margin targets
- Brief and coordinate internal teams and suppliers (design, production, talent, wider staff)
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and relevant regulations
- Creative and performance
- Contribute ideas to proposals, pitches, and brainstorms
- Draft promotional/project copy; contribute to T&Cs, case studies, award entries
- Track campaign performance; produce clear post activity evaluations and actionable insights
What you'll bring (must-haves)
High attention to detail with strong planning and multi-tasking discipline
Rigorous project coordination: scoping, timelines, budgets, supplier management, and on-site logistics
Early-career track record (typically 2- 4 years) delivering client-facing marketing or campaign work in an agency environment
Hands-on experience supporting live brand activations events, experiential, and in-store/shopper style activity
Clear, confident communicator who builds trust with stakeholders
Comfortable with everyday productivity tools for decks, spreadsheets, and docs (PowerPoint/Slides, Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs)
