Overview
The Project Manager is a varied role. Main responsibilities include Client Management, Event and Project Management and Business Development for existing and new clients.
Day to day
Some of the responsibilities would include;
Communicating with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and enquiries.
Liaise with clients to scope out their exact event requirements. Creating clear and concise design briefs for the wider teams. Producing detailed creative proposals for events both small and at scale.
Research potential venues, suppliers and contractors, negotiate prices and hire resource as required and within budgets. Research opportunities for new clients and events. Reporting on revenue results on a regular basis to the internal teams and suggesting improvements.
The Ideal candidate
Will have an excellent level client services and communication
They will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Project or Account Management role within an agency environment.
Knowledge and experience in delivering virtual and hybrid events is needed.
A Third-level qualification, is essential ideally focused in Event Management, Tourism and Hospitality, Marketing, Communications or similar.
