About Our Client:
Our client is an established European supplier within the industrial products sector, serving both the Irish and UK markets. They are seeking a Junior Marketing Executive to support their growing commercial team.
Role Overview:
Working alongside senior leadership and the Marketing Manager, you will provide essential marketing and administrative support across multiple product lines. This role focuses on campaign coordination, digital content management, and ensuring consistent brand communication across Ireland and the UK markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations & Administration
- Support day-to-day marketing operations and administrative functions
- Maintain CRM systems and customer databases
- Manage website enquiries and customer communications
- Update technical documentation, pricing information, and sales materials
- Produce promotional content and sales support materials
- Coordinate catalogue production for print and digital channels
Digital Marketing & Communications
- Execute email marketing and social media campaigns
- Manage website content updates via CMS platforms
- Create and edit visual content including product photography and video
- Develop promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite
- Plan and monitor digital advertising campaigns across search and social platforms
- Track campaign performance using web analytics tools
- Support customers with branded marketing assets
Events & Presentations
- Coordinate industry trade shows and exhibitions
- Develop presentation materials for sales training and customer engagement
- Manage promotional campaigns and incentive programmes
Essential Requirements:
- 1-2 years in a marketing or commercial support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)
- Working knowledge of social media management and email marketing tools
- Familiarity with CMS platforms for website updates
- Understanding of Google Analytics and digital advertising platforms
- Basic graphic design and video editing capabilities
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Fluent English speaker
Desirable Skills:
- Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Experience with paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Video editing software knowledge (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent)
Salary €36,000 DOE
