A leading integrated media agency in Dublin city centre is looking for a Senior Paid Search Manager to lead high-profile campaigns, manage a team and drive innovative search strategies for a diverse client portfolio.
About the role
You will own the strategy, development, and execution of paid search and shopping campaigns, lead a team of managers and specialists and act as a senior point of contact for clients. You'll also shape internal processes and contribute to cross-channel campaign planning alongside SEO, Paid Social and Analytics teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end paid search & shopping campaign strategy across Google, Microsoft, and related platforms
- Manage, mentor and develop a team of paid search professionals
- Drive performance through Smart Bidding, Remarketing Lists, automation and advanced account structuring
- Deliver actionable reporting and data-driven insights to clients and internal stakeholders
- Support new business pitches with budget allocation recommendations and audience demand insights
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, experimenting with emerging search technologies
- Hands on and Strategic work on your client accounts
Skills & experience required
- 6+ years paid search experience
- Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search 360, GA4People management experience
- Google Tag Manager & tracking setup
- Google Merchant Center / Shopping
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Google Ads & Bing Ads certifications
- Experience with large budgets & e-commerce accounts
- Knowledge of SEO, Paid Social, or Display
Salary from €55K DOE
