Marketing Communications Manager
A well-established arts organisation in Ireland is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join its senior management team. This is a compelling opportunity for a strategic, hands-on marketing professional to shape audience growth and brand development for one of Ireland's most respected cultural organisations.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing and communications strategies — spanning digital, PR, print, and audience engagement — to drive ticket sales, brand awareness, and stakeholder relationships. You will manage a small team, oversee the audience database and CRM, manage the annual marketing budget, and report regularly to senior management and the Board.
Key Responsibilities
Managing digital platforms, social media, and e-newsletters; running campaigns across PR and digital channels; content creation; brand development; audience analytics; supporting sponsorship and fundraising; and managing a membership programme.
About You
- 3–5 years' marketing or communications experience, ideally in the arts, entertainment, or cultural sectors
- Proven track record in integrated campaigns, digital marketing, and PR
- Strong copywriting, CRM, and data analytics skills
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent
- Genuine interest in the performing arts
Some evening and weekend work is required. Hybrid working policy in place
Salary: €35,000–€45,000 DOE
