About the job Sales Director
Our client is a fast-growing technology business with an innovative platform gaining strong traction across the UK and Irish markets. They are now looking for a commercially sharp Director of Sales to join their senior leadership team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal role. You will own the sales strategy for both markets, build a high-quality new business pipeline, and drive the KPIs that matter. This is a genuine leadership position with real visibility and influence at the top of the business.
What the role involves
Developing and executing a sales strategy across the UK and Irish markets. Building and managing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities. Championing the company's platform internally and externally. Reporting on key financial metrics and performance directly to the CEO. Representing the business with professionalism and integrity at all times.
What they are looking for
A proven track record at senior sales leadership level within a technology or digital business. Strong commercial acumen and experience translating strategy into results. A confident, credible communicator who can operate at C-suite level. Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot is an advantage.
