Advertising Manager
Our client, one of Irelands most inspiring media publications is looking for an ambitious sales manager.
We want someone who truly understands how a creative media organisation works. Someone who can build meaningful relationships, create brilliant solutions, sell with confidence, enthusiasm and flair and collaborate comfortably with editorial, design, production and events.
The Advertising Manager will be a key member of the commercial team and a key driver of the next stage of growth.
You will:
- Build and develop commercial relationships with agencies brands and partners
- Create and sell innovative advertising brand partnerships sponsorships and experiential solutions
- Drive revenue across all platforms including print digital social events broadcast and more
- Identify opportunities and turn them into plans that deliver
- Bring energy discipline and ambition to meeting and exceeding targets
- Represent us with confidence credibility and enthusiasm
This role is suited to someone who is both creative and commercial, energetic and organised, collaborative and independent.

Key Responsibilities
- Grow advertising revenue
- Produce creative proposals and pitch presentations
- Develop strong working relationships with agencies and brands
- Manage accounts end to end ensuring excellent client service
- Maintain accurate reporting on performance and pipeline
Ideal Experience
- Min 2 years in media sales in Ireland
- A track record in building partnerships and delivering revenue
- Experience working with agencies and brands
- Experience working with content creative and production teams
- Sponsorships events or branded content experience is an advantage
Salary €35,000 - €40,000 DOE + Bonus (uncapped)
