Who are we?

Think Differently a Registered Limited Company based in Ireland: COMPANY no 701568. We are committed to respecting our users’ privacy. Think Differently is an agency and consultancy that provides services to companies and individuals and is committed to positive change that encourages diverse and inclusive environments.


This policy statement sets out our privacy policies and the bases on how Think Differently will process or collect information from you as a user. A user could be a visitor, applicant and company, client or partner of ThinkDifferently.ie who register their details by uploading via the website or submit a CV and other personal details through the job application pages or contacting us directly.

By engaging with our site and members of our team you are accepting agreement to the processing of your personal data as outlined in this Privacy Policy document. Please read this document in full. If for any reason you do not agree with any or part of the information in this policy PLEASE do not submit any personal data by any means to us.

What Data do we collect and how do we use it?

ThinkDifferently.ie collects any information that you provide to us via our website or directly in person, by email or other communication tools to include social media etc. This information can include and is not limited to, your name, contact details, address, data from your CV, social media accounts and other sensitive information. We may ask you to disclose further information for the purpose to provide you with our best services and tailored roles or partner. We ask that you do not disclose any sensitive personal information such as health/medical records, financial records etc. As a client bank details will be required but we never require the bank details of candidates. Any information that is provided electronically or in person will not be sold on or released to any third parties without prior agreement.

When you engage with our website ThinkDifferently.ie we collect data. This data is not identifiable. It may contain IP addressed, browser versions, time zones, OS and other non-identifiable technical data. It may also collect site information – what pages, time on site, referral sites, clicks, time and date. Should you set up an account with ThinkDifferently.ie any passwords are not viewable by any staff of our organisation.

Think Differently reserves the right to transfer your information to a third party only in the event of a sale, a merger, liquidation, receivership or transfer. This would only apply if the third party acquirer agreed to adhere to the existing terms of this Privacy Policy only. Should this occur you will be notified and will be given the clear opportunity to opt-out.

DATA Security of your PI (PERSONAL INFORMATION)

Data security is extremely important to us. We have internal processes that safeguard your data to the highest standard, including password protect and only using secure data systems. We also ask that you are careful with passwords provided or any data procedures outlined to you in the recruiting process. Unfortunately while we take due care ensuring privacy the internet is not 100% secure. Therefore any transfer is at your own risk and Think Differently accepts no liability should this occur.

How long will you hold my information for?

If you have registered with Think Differently either in person, online or electronically your account will remain with us for as long as you would like us to hold on to it. However if we have not heard from you over a period of 48 months we will endeavour to contact you. Should not contact be made we will delete any personal data at that time or any time previous to that at your request. DICLOSURE OF YOUR DATA

At Think Differently we limit systems that hold your information authorized employees only, via the use of unique identifier and passwords. The access is only for the purpose of opportunities. We will share your data with any third party contractors/agencies or businesses that we need to in order to fulfil our task of finding suitable employment.

If for any legal reasons we are required to share your details we will have to adhere to these requests. Credit reference companies may be used for clients other businesses for payment term agreements.

When you use the application process your personal details will be added to our third party Google business solutions and Wix.com. Both are classed as a Data Processor, and as Data Controllers, ThinkDifferently.ie upholds all of its GDPR obligations in updating, managing and safeguarding your data so long as it resides within the 3rd parties.
