Salary: £29,240.22 per annum
Rota:

• Saturday: 10pm - 6am
• Sunday: 10pm - 6am
• Wednesday: 10pm - 6am
• Thursday: 10pm - 6am
• Friday: 10pm - 6am

We are seeking a polished, proactive, and service-driven Night Concierge to oversee night operations at a luxury residential setting. As the primary point of contact during night hours, you will ensure a seamless resident experience, maintaining a safe, welcoming, and professional environment throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents and visitors with professionalism, discretion, and warmth

• Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, concerns, or requests

• Operate the concierge desk, maintaining accurate records for residents, visitors, contractors, and deliveries

• Receive, log, and securely manage parcels, mail, and dry cleaning

• Oversee key handling, ensuring accurate and secure management at all times

• Conduct regular patrols to ensure a safe and secure environment

• Monitor CCTV and report any incidents, defects, or safety concerns promptly

• Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies and out-of-hours incidents following approved procedures

• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and amenity bookings as required

• Provide helpful recommendations for local services, restaurants, and amenities

• Liaise with contractors and internal teams to support smooth operations and handovers

• Maintain daily concierge logs to ensure excellent communication across shifts

• Escalate maintenance issues or resident concerns to the appropriate teams when necessary

The ideal candidate will be reliable, highly organised, and experienced in concierge or front-of-house roles.
