Night Concierge Luxury Residential Development

Location: Marylebone, London
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Rota: 4 on, 4 off

We are seeking a polished, proactive, and service-driven Night Concierge to oversee the night operations at a prestigious luxury residential development in Marylebone, just moments from Mayfair and Hyde Park.

As the face of this exclusive residence during the night, you will deliver an exceptional and seamless concierge servicecreating a welcoming environment, fostering meaningful relationships with residents, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

Resident & Visitor Engagement

• Greet and assist residents and guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.

• Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, ensuring swift and effective resolution.

• Maintain accurate records for residents, visitors, and contractors.

Deliveries & Key Management

• Receive, log, and securely manage resident deliveries and parcels.

• Oversee key handling and maintain up-to-date records within building systems.

Security & Safety

• Conduct regular building patrols to ensure the security and safety of all areas.

• Monitor CCTV and report any incidents or concerns promptly.

• Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies, following correct procedures at all times.

Resident Support & Coordination

• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and amenity bookings.

• Support residents with recommendations for restaurants, travel, and local services.

• Coordinate effectively with contractors, housekeeping, and day staff for seamless handovers.

About You

You are composed, approachable, and service-focused, with a natural understanding of luxury living and resident expectations. You take pride in maintaining a calm, secure, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the night.

Essential Attributes:

• Previous experience in luxury residential or five-star hospitality environments preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with impeccable presentation.

• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.

• Confident using concierge and building management systems.

• Proactive, dependable, and adaptable with a strong team ethic.

• Eligible to work in the UK.
