Salary: £30,900 per annum
Location: Canary Wharf, London E14
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 4 days on / 4 days off

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a professional and service-driven Day Concierge to join one of Canary Wharfs newest and most prestigious luxury residential developments. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and refined environment for residents and guests, ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional front-of-house service, greeting and assisting residents and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage resident deliveries and collections efficiently, maintaining accurate records and communication.
  • Support the coordination of resident move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Handle key management and access control using digital systems.
  • Assist residents with general enquiries, maintenance issues, and amenity bookings.
  • Oversee the operation of residents amenities including lounges, spa areas, and private event spaces, ensuring they are presented to luxury standards.
  • Conduct regular building patrols, promptly reporting maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Act as a Fire Marshal and assist with emergency procedures (training provided).
  • Support community engagement initiatives that promote a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere.
  • Uphold all health, safety, and operational procedures to ensure a secure and compliant environment.

    Required Skills and Experience

    • Previous experience as a Concierge or in a front-of-house position within luxury residential or five-star hospitality environments.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanour.
    • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
    • Confident using technology and digital systems such as Traka, SPIKE, or similar platforms.
    • Strong understanding of service delivery, discretion, and resident care.
    • Basic knowledge of health and safety and emergency procedures.
    • Eligible to work in the UK and within a commutable distance to Canary Wharf.
