Day Concierge

Job Title: Day Concierge Luxury Residential Development
Location: Vauxhall
Hours: Full time, 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shifts                                                Salary: £32,500

Thomas Webb is a leading recruitment consultancy dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with prestigious clients. We are currently seeking an experienced, polished, and proactive Day Concierge to work at a flagship luxury residential development in Vauxhall.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and assist all residents and guests, ensuring a friendly, professional, and attentive service.

• Act as the primary point of contact for residents in person and via the resident app.

• Build positive, personalised relationships with residents, anticipating their needs and delivering intuitive service.

• Manage and log deliveries, notify residents promptly, and maintain an accurate visitor log.

• Handle key management duties with strict adherence to protocols.

• Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV to maintain a safe and secure environment.

• Coordinate resident move-ins and amenity space bookings.

• Provide local area recommendations and assist with lifestyle requests such as restaurant bookings, transport, and event tickets.

• Collaborate closely with contractors and service partners to maintain a one-team approach.

• Deliver effective handovers with team members to ensure service continuity.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a high-end residential, five-star hospitality, or client-facing role is preferred however, training will be provided to the right candidate.

• Impeccable grooming and a professional, confident manner.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

• Proactive, intuitive, and solution-focused with the ability to think on your feet.

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

• Good knowledge of the local Vauxhall area is a plus.
