Job Title: Day Concierge
Location: West London, W3
Salary: £32k
Full-time, 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, 42 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
The Concierge will be responsible for front-of-house customer service routines, ensuring the highest quality of service is provided in line with company standards.
Main Duties:
- Act as an ambassador of the company brand, delivering excellent customer service both externally and internally.
- Interact in an enthusiastic and empathetic manner with residents, visitors, and colleagues.
- Answer phone calls and emails politely, identifying yourself and representing the brand professionally.
- Respond to complaints or concerns and find appropriate solutions, seeking support from the wider team where needed.
- Request additional training or learning if required to enhance service delivery.
- Support ongoing asset management routines of the development to ensure contract, risk, and operational tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Assist with mobilisation processes, liaising with stakeholders and ensuring tasks are accurately recorded in systems.
- Take ownership of risk management routines, ensuring compliance and maintaining audit trails of all actions and certifications.
- Support contract management routines, ensuring contracts are implemented and relevant actions are tracked.
