Location: NW3
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 6:00pm, Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking an organised and detail-driven Lettings Administrator with proven lettings or tenancy coordination experience to join a fast-paced property team within a medium sized multi branch estate agency in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting negotiators while ensuring compliance and paperwork is completed to a high standard.


Key Responsibilities:

The Lettings Administrator will be responsible for supporting the lettings team and ensuring all tenancy administration is completed accurately and efficiently.

  • Arranging Gas Safety Certificates and EPCs
  • Submitting insurance claims when required
  • Arranging property photographs and floor plans
  • Coordinating and booking check-outs
  • Drawing up tenancy agreements
  • Referencing new tenants
  • Booking check-ins and check-outs
  • Supporting negotiators with general administrative duties
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants to obtain required documentation
  • Ensuring all paperwork is compliant and completed within deadlines
  • Maintaining accurate records across all lettings processes

    Qualifications and Experience:

    All applicants for this Lettings Administrator role must meet the following criteria:

    • Essential: Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Lettings Coordinator or Tenancy Coordinator
    • Strong lettings administration and paperwork experience
    • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
    • High attention to detail
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
    • Positive, can-do attitude with a team-focused approach
    • Strong communication skills when dealing with landlords and tenants
    • Must live within a reasonable commute (no 2-hour commutes considered)
