Responsibilities:

As the Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring effective communication, understanding, and timely resolution of inquiries.
  • Leading day-to-day commercial issue management, demonstrating proficiency in customer systems and proactively seeking training to enhance your expertise.
  • Assisting in strategy development to drive business growth and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to expand the client's business and secure new accounts or customers.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the client's industry, competition, and latest trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Delivering progress reports to clients and upper management to ensure transparency and alignment.

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-10 years of business experience, with a strong background in day-to-day client management.
  • Proven experience in RFI/RFQ/SOR/PPAP/APQP processes.
  • Excellent project management and quantitative skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a high level of motivation and drive.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including experience in delivering impactful presentations to clients.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Displaying empathy and emotional intelligence when dealing with customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Strong negotiation skills to drive favorable outcomes.
