We are searching for a Sales Hunter, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth by targeting OEMs and top-tier suppliers across the globe. If you're passionate about CNC machine components and can confidently pitch to industry giants like Caterpillar, Cummins, and Volvo, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

Drive new business opportunities, generating annual revenue between $4 million and $10 million.

Cultivate relationships with global clients by presenting our product lineup: engine components, oil pans, flywheels, and exhaust manifolds.

Travel up to 50% to meet customers, primarily within class 5 to 8 truck markets and broader industrial sectors.

Collaborate with engineering and leadership teams to create and execute strategic go-to-market plans.

Exceed sales targets with a strong commission structure tied to a three-year revenue model.
Qualifications

Demonstrated success in CNC machine components, powertrain, or metal components sales.

Self-starter mindset with a proven ability to identify, pursue, and close new business.

Confident communicator with refined presentation and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of on-highway and off-highway markets, especially class A trucks and heavy industrial applications.
