Salary: $130,000 + Bonus

A leading global automotive supplier is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager with expertise in thermal systems to manage multiple OEM customer accounts from its Auburn Hills location. This role is ideal for a commercially driven individual who thrives on customer interaction and program complexity in the automotive supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day communication and long-term strategy with assigned OEM customers

  • Lead quoting, negotiations, and commercial discussions

  • Support program development and coordinate cross-functional collaboration internally

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and business planning

  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth strategy

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive thermal systems (HVAC, compressors, heat exchangers, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of OEM processes and expectations

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple programs and customer contacts simultaneously

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
