Three Peaks International is a Sydney based staffing solutions partner which provides local and virtual staffing solutions to Australian businesses through outsourcing, recruitment, and migration.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven, target focused Account Partner to fuel the next stage of the client's growth. This role is all about finding and winning new business: reaching out to potential partners, generating qualified opportunities, and securing the first purchase before handing the account over to our Account Manager for onboarding and nurturing. Booking regular weekly meetings will be your key KPI.

You'll be on the front lines of our expansion, targeting:

  • NDIS providers
  • Home Care Package (HCP) companies
  • Wholesale and Reseller partners

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunting & Prospecting
    • Drive outbound activity: cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of NDIS, HCP, wholesale, and reseller leads.
    • Research target companies, decision-makers, and industry networks.
  • Sales Generation
    • Pitch products to key stakeholders, highlighting our unique value.
    • Move prospects through the sales funnel to their first purchase.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Handover to Account Manager
    • Once the first purchase is secured, transition the account to the Account
    • Manager for onboarding and long-term nurturing.
  • Systems & Reporting
    • Use HubSpot CRM to manage pipelines, email sequences, and track activity.
    • Manage orders via Shopify
    • Provide regular sales reports, lead conversion metrics, and market insights.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development. With 4 years or more experience.
  • Experience working with Australian companies preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a neutral/blended accent suitable for Australian clients.
  • Confident cold caller and email prospector, comfortable with daily outreach targets.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Shopify, and Aircall (call centre software)
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target driven.

Technical Requirements

- Should have personal and working laptop/ Desktop, and one (1) back up
- Has Noise-cancelling headset (for interview and meetings)
- Back up internet connection (at least 100 mbps)
