About the ROLE
This role is perfect for a dynamic and agile recruiter with experience managing high-volume hiring across various industriesparticularly in Technology, Finance, and Corporate sectors.
Successful candidate with support the General Manager and coordinate with external clients in finding suitable candidates based on the requirement and culture fit for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, evaluating, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure candidate alignment in terms of skill set and culture fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Partner with the Recruitment Manager to optimize hiring strategies and processes.
- Prepare and submit weekly recruitment reports as required by management.
- Conduct onboarding orientations and facilitate meetings with clients during the hiring and onboarding process.
- Execute passive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill or niche roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Proactively build and maintain a talent pool for current and future opportunities
Who are we looking for?
- 13 years of end-to-end recruitment experience across diverse industries and roles
- Proven success recruiting for technical, corporate, and customer-facing positions.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Manatal) and web-based assessment tools. (i.e Test Gorilla and alike)
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Agile and flexible, with the ability to shift priorities as business needs evolve.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Requirements (Independent Contractor Role)
