JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to mortgage brokers.
- Liaise with clients to obtain information and documentation required for loan applications.
- Accurately enter and maintain client and application data within CRM systems and ApplyOnline.
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, solicitors, accountants, and other stakeholders to facilitate applications through to settlement.
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding the progress of their applications.
- Maintain current knowledge of lender policies, products, and industry requirements through ongoing training.
- Follow up with clients and stakeholders via phone and email to obtain outstanding information and documentation.
- Research and identify suitable lending solutions based on client requirements.
- Communicate with lender representatives to clarify application requirements and policy matters.
- Manage data entry across multiple systems, portals, and databases.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data integrity across internal systems. Manage email correspondence and support inbox administration.
- Loan Application Management Manage mortgage applications from submission to settlement.
Verify documents, complete assessments, and prepare lender requirements. - Lodge applications through CRM and ApplyOnline.
- Liaise with lenders and clients, providing updates and follow-ups.
- Support post-settlement activities and maintain accurate records.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 3–5 years of end-to-end Australian mortgage loan processing experience.
- Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with Australian mortgage CRMs (e.g., Salestrekker, Mercury Nexus) and ApplyOnline.
- Strong understanding of Australian lending policies and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex files, meet deadlines, and work autonomously.
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and process-driven.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
