Core Responsibilities

Lead management, social media content and campaigns creation to management.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM & Lead Management

  • Manage and optimize Zoho CRM to enhance lead nurturing workflows, segmentation, and engagement.
  • Support the sales team by building targeted lead lists and automating lead qualification processes.
  • Monitor CRM data integrity and work on continuous improvement of contact lifecycle stages.

Marketing Content & Campaign Execution

  • Assist the sales and marketing teams in creating compelling content (emails, social media posts, product brochures, one-pagers) tailored to target industries.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using segmented contact lists.
  • Develop and launch A/B tests for lead magnets and optimize conversion performance.

Campaign Performance & Optimization

  • Build and track campaigns through Zoho and integrated platforms (e.g., email, landing pages, paid media).
  • Analyze marketing performance data and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across campaigns.

Content Creation & Distribution

  • Write engaging blog posts, social media content, and product marketing materials.
  • Develop SEO-optimized articles and website content to improve organic reach and lead generation.
  • Maintain a consistent publishing schedule across all platforms.

AI & Automation Integration

  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zoho Zia, Jasper.ai, etc.) for content generation, campaign automation, customer insights, and performance analysis.
  • Continuously explore new tools and strategies to enhance marketing efficiency and personalization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM management, or related roles.
  • Proficiency with Zoho CRM and Zoho Marketing Suite is a strong plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools, email marketing platforms, and campaign management software.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools in marketing and automation workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media platforms is a bonus.


Technical Requirements:

  • Should have personal and working laptop/ Desktop, and one (1) back up
  • Has Noise-cancelling headset (for interview and meetings)
  • Back up internet connection (at least 30-50 mbps)

  • 8-hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
