Remuneration: $85,000 $95,000 base + CPD & Registration Cost Covered

THE ROLE
This role is a leadership role which provides direct support to the Principal Migration Agent while leading, supervising and mentoring a team of case managers and junior RMAs.
The role will also be providing high level consultations and client support work as well as providing operational and organizational support to ensure ongoing compliance with OMARA regulations, contribute to customer satisfaction by tracking relevant KPIs and assist with the financial wellbeing of the business through timely payment collection follow-ups.
On occasion, the role will also be required to attend networking events to represent the business and assist in converting leads into confirmed customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Director Support
- Provide legal advice on complex migration matters
- Identify and escalate critical compliance or case issues
- Deliver presentations to key partners and stakeholders
- Assist with OMARA audits and quoting new clients
- Attend high-level meetings with referral and business partners
Team Leadership
- Be the go-to expert on Australian immigration law
- Support and mentor case managers and junior RMAs
- Delegate and review legal work to ensure quality and compliance
- Lead internal training and keep the team updated on law and policy changes
- Oversee Code of Conduct compliance and professional standards
Client-Facing Work
- Conduct high-level client consultations
- Supervise drafting and lodgment of employer-sponsored and GSM visas
- Manage and review RFIs, grant letters, and final case files
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping across Officio, Breeze, and ImmiAccount
- Build strong relationships with key clients and referral partners
Operations & Compliance
- Improve internal processes, checklists, and templates
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up
- Maintain accurate data and reporting through internal systems
- Track team KPIs and support ongoing performance improvements
- Train new hires and support their onboarding
Business Development
- Attend networking events and represent the firm
- Help convert inbound leads and support firm-wide growth

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Registered Migration Agent (MARN) with minimum 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in employer-sponsored visas (407, 482, 186) and a solid understanding of GSM and skills assessments. As a confident communicator and team player, you will thrive in a collaborative environment.
