Data Processor - Onsite in Cebu City

About the Role
We are seeking for a detail-oriented Data Processor to accurately enter, update, and maintain customer, shipment, and operational data. This role ensures data integrity while providing administrative support to the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain customer and shipment information in company systems.
• Process and verify data related to international and domestic moving services.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness before data entry.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies.
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
• Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain missing or updated information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide general administrative support to daily operations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in data entry, data processing, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or logistics systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite, Monday - Friday 7AM to 4PM PHT in Cebu City

Technical Requirements

• Reliable laptop/desktop (with at least one backup device)
• Noise-cancelling headset (for interviews and meetings)
• Stable internet connection with a backup (minimum 100 mbps)
