Technical Support Specialist Körber Supply Chain

What Youll Do
- Troubleshoot & Support: Resolve issues with Körber K.Motion products, Windows OS, SQL Server, SSRS reports, and 3rd-party software.
- Collaborate: Work closely with customer IT teams, project leaders, developers, and vendors to address support issues effectively.
- Mentor & Train: Develop WMS Super Users and train operations teams on warehouse best practices with WMS.
- Data-Driven Escalation: Quantify and document issues for escalation to ERP vendors when necessary.
What You Bring
- Core Skills:
- Exceptional customer service and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting expertise.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Expertise:
- Experience with MS SQL databases, Oracle PL/SQL, and IIS.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization environments.
- Familiarity with HTML/XML/JSON/OData, and networking (TCPIP, HTTPS, SMTP, DNS).
- WMS expertise, with bonus points for Bartender/Loftware and SSRS reporting experience.
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of technical customer support.
- Supply chain management knowledge is a plus.
- Education: BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent.
