Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000
Reports to: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team specializing in the production of batteries and inverters. This role is critical in scaling production capabilities while maintaining efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Design, implement, and monitor workflow enhancements for production lines.

  • Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings.

  • Optimize facility layouts, production schedules, and labor standards.

  • Collaborate across departments to support new product introductions.

  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Conduct time and motion studies, work sampling, and develop standardized work.

  • Evaluate and recommend manufacturing tools, equipment, and technologies.

  • Support cost estimation and capital investment decisions.

  • Ensure safety and compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.

  • Track key performance indicators and prepare regular efficiency reports.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of industrial engineering experience in manufacturing, preferably energy storage or electronics.

  • Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred).

  • Proficient in CAD, simulation, and productivity analysis tools.

  • Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards, and MRP/ERP/MES systems.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects.

Physical Requirements:

This role may involve standing, walking, lifting over 50 lbs, bending, stooping, working with computers, and interacting with live electrical components. Reasonable accommodations can be made as needed.
