Experience:
Previous experience in buying administration, assistant buying, or a similar support role within a commercial or retail-focused team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Commercial Lead
  • Organise samples and manage logistics for sample distribution
  • Prepare client presentations, reports, and documentation
  • Support retail client management and meeting preparation
  • Coordinate with suppliers for quotes and samples
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Maintain accurate records in project management tools
  • Collaborate with design, buying, and QA teams
  • Assist with product spec sheets and seasonal range planning
  • Support travel and meeting logistics as required
