Position Overview:
Were looking for a highly driven, US-market-savvy Outbound Sales Representative to build and convert high-quality outbound leads into long-term clients. Youll be at the front line of TikTals growth identifying potential partners, pitching TikTals solutions, and closing high-value deals with marketing decision-makers across startups, brands, and agencies.
This role requires someone who lives and breathes outbound sales, understands the influencer marketing ecosystem, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute outbound sales strategy focused on the US market.
- Identify, target, and prospect brands and agencies through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.).
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of leads and actively move them through the sales funnel.
- Craft and deliver compelling pitches tailored to client pain points and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service offerings.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate tracking and forecasting through CRM (HubSpot or similar).
- Provide feedback on market trends, client objections, and competitor movements.
- Work US business hours and maintain quick response times during US peak hours.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in influencer marketing, ad tech, digital marketing, or creative agencies).
- Deep knowledge of the US market, brand landscape, and buyer behavior.
- Proven track record of closing deals and generating new revenue.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-focused.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred).
- Fluent in English speaking.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while aligning with team goals.
