General Laborer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled laborer to join the reconstruction team at our client's company in Rainbow City. As a skilled laborer, you will play a vital role in assisting with various reconstruction projects, including repairing and rebuilding structures damaged by water, fire, or other events.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with demolition and removal of damaged materials
• Perform carpentry work, including framing, drywall installation, and trim work
• Prepare surfaces for painting and apply paint or other finishes
• Install flooring, tiles, and other finishing materials
• Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous experience in carpentry, painting, or construction preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
